Mouthpiece: Most beginner and intermediate instruments are stocked with a basic beginner mouthpiece. While these mouthpieces are extremely accessible for beginners, they do not function well for advancing students. French Horn players are nequired to have an intermediate mouthpiece. Horn players are also encouraged to have one mouthpiece to keep at school and one to keep at home, as to not have to remember to carry it back and forth!

Tuning Slide Grease: Being able to move your tuning slides is very important!!

Snake Vinyl Coated Wire Nylon Cleaning Brush: To clean the inside of your horn.

Brass Mouthpiece Brush: The mouthpiece is very susceptible of build-up from everything that might be in your mouth. Gross. Clean it out regularly. You can do this effectively with a mouthpiece brush.

French Horn Stand: If the horn is being set down on the ground, this is the best way to do so. A stand is great for leaving out at home so you don't have to put your horn away in its case between practice sessions!
