Online Account access features :

·         Make a payment to your account
·         Account lookup, including balance, invoice information, etc.
·         View and edit your account details

Sound like something you want to do ? Follow the few simple steps below !

 Steps for a customer who DOES NOT already have an online account

·         Click the Login button in the upper RH corner
·         Click the “No Account ? Sign up Here” link
·         Complete the Online Account information and submit

You  will now be “logged in”

·         Click the “My Account” Button in the upper RH corner
·         Click “Link Store Account & Web Account”
·         If known, enter your Menchey Music account # and click Submit

You will receive a confirmation that your request has been sent to our offices for appropriate linkage of accounts. Once we can confirm your existing/create a new Menchey account, you will receive a confirmation once the account has been linked.

Once you receive this email indicating that your account has been linked, you may once again    log in to take advantage of  the online features

Steps for a customer who DOES already have an online account

·         Click the Login button in the upper RH corner
·         Enter your email address / password.

    o   If you forget your password you can retrieve it by entering their email address.     NOTE : If the system determines that your email address has not ever been entered (ie you have never tried to enter an online account) the system will return “Invalid Login” If this is the case, please click the “No Account ? Sign up Here” link

You will now be “logged in”

·         Click the “My Account” Button in the upper RH corner
·         Click “Link Store Account & Web Account”
·         If known, enter account # and click Submit

 You will receive a confirmation that your request has been sent to our offices for appropriate linkage of accounts. Once we can confirm your existing/create a new Menchey account, you will receive a confirmation once the account has been linked.
