Return Policy
- If you're not completely satisfied with a product, Menchey Music Service will gladly exchange or refund the purchase within 14 days of the retail store sale date or received package date (according to tracking information).
- The returned product must be in new and saleable condition and must include receipt of original purchase and all instructional materials, packaging, and accessories.
- To request a return, please contact Customer Service for an RA #. This number must appear on return labels. Do not write the RA # on the box.
- All original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Exceptions: Print music, media/software, mouth blown products, repair parts, non-portable keyboard products, and recording devices are non-returnable.
- Serialized merchandise may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee.
- Special orders of non-stock merchandise are non-returnable.
